I've updated my Book Arts links in the sidebar on the right there to include some of the blogs I've become a regular reader of. My Google Reader list is kind of ridiculous, so I thought I'd share the insanity. There are some lovely art blogs out there, though. Here are some of the other art-related blogs I look at regularly that aren't necessarily book-art related but which inspire me in various ways:
- 52 Projects—Just what it sounds like, plus a look at some other interesting sites
- Adventures in Letterpress—Yep, they are.
- Art Biz Blog—Great hints for selling your art and being more productive. Geared toward fine artists, but applicable to any art business, really.
- Artful Journey—A blog of art-in-life. Not updated often, but always interesting.
- Artist, Emerging—Also not updated often because its owner is busy being a full-time artist after quitting her day job earlier this year. It's inspiring following her progress
- Brass Goggles—Steampunk constructions of fascinating complexity and great beauty.
- Core77 Design Blog—Geekiness, Etsy goodness, traditional design, and more.
- Dear Ada—New art from around the web every day
- DIYThing—Sewing, knitting, indie crafts and markets
- Exploring Art—Altered books, textile arts, photography
- Fire Star Arts—Lovely watercolors
- Flux Factory—NYC Art collective that mounts exhibitions and has frequent calls for entries, including works on paper.
- How Magazine—Blog for the digital arts bible. Full of helpful tips and cool stuff to look at.
- LALA Dex Press—Letterpress and knitting in LA; more knitting than letterpress lately, but it's the season for it.
- Leopard Print Pants—Snarky insider news on scrapbooking and paper arts dealers. I read this as much for the attitude as the news.
- Little Paper Bird—Prints, handmade books, paper, knitting & stitching. Eclectic and fun.
- Live Art Bites—A little bit of everything, always interesting.
- Lively Grey—Everything you always wanted to know about color but were afraid to ask. This is one of my new favorites and I've found the posts on color perception and palettes really useful.
- Made by Katrina—letterpress, poetry, flea marketing
- Make Ready—A DIY site with a little bit of everything and lots of projects
- Mew Paper Arts—Paper arts and letterpress
- Moontree Letterpress—One of my favorite letterpress sites. Some really whimsical cards.
- On My Desk—A peek at the studios and workspaces of artists all over the world. Mine's on there somewhere, but I love looking at where other people put their art together.
- Painting Speech—Beautiful calligraphy, paper arts and painting. One of my favorite sites to visit. Always inspiring.
- Paper Arts—Yup, you guessed it. Paper arts of all sorts, including letterpress. New products and hints & tips too.
- Paper, Pictures, Automata & other fanciful things—Pretty self-explanatory. Always interesting.
- Papermusings—Little books and other paper crafty things
- Papiers marbres—French marbled paper. Exquisite, and for sale, but hard to get hold of as they're limited editions.
- Phantasmaphile—If it's odd, it's here. Music, art, books, you name it. A treasure trove.
- poppytalk—More pretty design things of all kinds. Something new every day.
- Poésie et images—Prints and photographs on paper. In French, but the images are enough by themselves.
- Quirkyartist—All kinds of art! Books, drawings, photos, paintings. Lots to look at and admir.
- Red Fish Circle—Another little-bit-of-everything blog
- tee's spree's—Zines and paper arts. Updated sporadically, but fun to look at.
- The Paper Studio—Source of excellent instructional videos and paper arts posts of all kinds.
- Words and Pictures—Blog of the Parson's Illustration Department. Good source of exhibitions and calls for entries, as well as some fun art.
Thanks for the link. I'll TRY to post more often!

Thank you for the mention, Lee and for the amazing list. Looks like I could waste (oops, I mean "spend"!) some time here. Happy New Year!
