Nano Shoes

Cocktailphysicsmoi_2Sorry for the vast gap in posts here. I've been aiding and abetting a new website at work and it's sucked the life out of me. This week, I'm also filling some very, er, big shoes over at Cocktail Party Physics, where Jen has again generously asked me to keep her fans entertained while she blogs-for-food over at the AIP Industrial Physics Forum, much of which is about nanotech this year (hence the strained joke about nano shoes). So come on over and watch me try to hold my own with a bunch of people vastly smarter than I am, while I blather on about science fiction, architecture, Mars, astronomy, and why we need to turn the lights out every now and then. I'll be back next week blogging about nice safe topics like the New York Art Book Fair that I'll be attending this weekend. Get there yourself if you can. It should be good.

  • St. Mark's Poetry Project
